What will you do?

  • Build wireframes and digital prototypes and iterate on designs using feedback from stakeholders.
  • Prepare UX documentation (i.e., site architecture, wireframes, heatmapping audits, use cases, task flows, etc.) to be used by digital and broader marketing team.
  • Assist in the continuous analysis of site performance dashboards and user interactions and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Improve site engagement and visit-to-conversion metrics through optimized customer journeys based on data insights and qualitative research.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a CRO roadmap and A / B testing calendar.
  • Regularly leverage data from Google Analytics, VWO, Microsoft Clarity, Qualtrics, and other website performance measurement tools to measure project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Advocate for customer experience, website user-experience best practices, and website accessibility standards while working with key stakeholders and vendors across digital platforms in both B2C & B2B.
  • Manage website content management tasks including updating text content, offer details, website promotions, and layout templates within WordPress CMS.
  • Meticulously QA for content discrepancies across multiple markets to ensure pricing and offer details are accurate.

What do you bring?

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the role of UX Designer, Information Architect, CRO Specialist or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, User Research, or equivalent experience.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of fundamental UX design principles.
  • Skilled usage in UX and Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Balsamiq.
  • Experience with user testing and usability analysis and deriving insights from Google Analytics and / or other digital analytics tools.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter who is highly engaged and can work individually or within a team environment and be receptive to direction.
  • Successful candidates will have a growth / performance-marketing mindset.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
  • Passion for web and digital marketing and always striving to deliver best in class digital experience.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML / CSS & JS is not required but is a plus.
