We’re looking for a Product Manager for IoT Platforms and IoT eSIMs, who will be accountable for driving our IoT product. This critical role will leverage a candidate’s ability to balance their deep understanding of a customer needs, technical background in networks/technology, and understanding of the IoT connectivity landscape across platforms offerings/strategies and business units.
What You’ll Be Doing
- IoT Platforms (Cisco Control Centre):
- Cisco control centre platform experience.
- Manage the consumer self serve portals for connected cars.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including conceptualization, development, GTM launch, support, and sunset activities.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey and experience of the IoT platforms.
- Manage various new vendors contracts and addendums.
- Go to governance forums for release of fundings, executive presentations.
- Mange the connected cars solution requirements, roadmaps and evolution.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and come up with a solution (working out of ambiguity or limited information and resources).
- IoT eSIMs offerings:
- Execute on the connected cars, eSIM and hardware roadmap including enablement of features/technologies, network enablement, feature enhancements, value-added services, and process improvements.
- Responsible for defining the customer needs, building business cases, securing funding, and working collaboratively with cross functional teams: technology, commercial, marketing, sales, operations, legal, etc. to launch the product.
- Manage and explore new partnership opportunities with IoT eSIMs vendors that can enhance our existing connected cars strategy including identifying and evaluating partners, defining commercial agreements and Go- to-market activities leading to the launch of the partnerships.
- Connected cars Strategy and Roadmap:
- Execute on connected cars roadmap including enablement of features/technologies, network enablement, feature enhancements, value-added services, and process improvements.
- Responsible for defining the customer needs, building business cases, securing funding, and working collaboratively with cross functional teams: technology, commercial, marketing, sales, operations, legal, etc. to launch the product.
- Manage and explore partnership opportunities with vendors that can enhance our existing connectivity platforms strategy including identifying and evaluating partners, defining commercial agreements and Go-to-market activities leading to the launch of the partnerships.
- Be the advocate for Sales and Marketing Support:
- Support Marketing team on all product marketing activities including Go-to-market, communications, blogs and customer facing marketing collateral.
- Support sales teams by providing product training, be the point person on the product, participate in customer meetings and deal support.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in launching telecom products e.g. networks, features, platform partnerships.
- Product management experience in industry and eSIM platforms.
- Familiarity with Cisco-Jasper Control Center, other Connectivity Management Platforms and eSIM platforms a plus.
- Technical background in e-SIM, IoT Networks, mobile networking and mobile technology.
- Strong customer focus and business acumen with an understanding of connectivity and network technologies such as VoLTE, eSim etc.
- Proven expertise in launching products from start to finish with ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering.
- Experience in the development of business plans including business cases, cost/benefit analysis, revenue potential, pricing models, forecasts, and contracts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion to drive profitable growth for all accountable products.
- Strong interpersonal skills -someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and works effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingualism is considered an asset.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
