An established industry player is seeking a dedicated childcare professional to support children's learning and development. This role involves assisting with assignments, leading engaging activities, and creating a nurturing environment. You will collaborate with families and staff to ensure each child's needs are met while maintaining safety and organization. Minimum experience includes responsible for childcare at home or within a school curriculum. 1 year of experience. High school completed or in progress.
Responsibilities include assisting children with assignments, leading classes and activities, creating and implementing lesson plans, setting up classrooms, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment. Monitoring and recording student progress and reporting on it to teachers. Working closely with families.
This position does not require Patient Care.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
