What You'll Do :

As our Office Assistant, you'll be the friendly, organized face of our Edmonton office, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so our team can deliver world-class homes. Your day-to-day will include :

  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
  • Answering phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating deliveries
  • Supporting the leadership and project teams with administrative tasks
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Assisting with document management, data entry, and filing
  • Helping to coordinate company events, team celebrations, and client presentations

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous administrative or office experience (2-3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a love for staying organized
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
