Responsibilities

Tasks

• Collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments
• Examine and analyze financial and investment data (company profiles, stock or bond prices, yields, and future trends)
• Prepare reports on company, industry, and economic outlooks, including analytical reports, briefing notes, and correspondence
• Provide investment advice and recommendations to clients, senior officials, pension fund managers, securities agents, and colleagues
• Advise on and participate in financial aspects of contracts and tenders
• Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets
• Plan short- and long-term cash flows and evaluate financial performance
• Prepare regular risk profiles for debt portfolios
• Conduct variance analysis
