What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while proactively offering additional products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home with high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience is preferred
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
