ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complemented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

Senior Business Analyst - (3 Month Contract) will be responsible for setting up large, enterprise level service desks internationally.

Requirements:

1. Experience documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Bachelor degree (or higher) in relevant business administration program or equivalent experience.
3. 5-10 years working as a Business Analyst.
4. Experience with setting up large enterprise level service desks internationally.
5. Proven experience in the methodologies, processes and procedures associated with service desks (i.e. ITIL).
6. Experience with corresponding software/hardware requirements (i.e. helpdesk ticketing, workflow software).
7. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
