Your success will provide direct impact and value to our enterprise clients from many industries including finance, insurance, healthcare, & energy.

GPM's are also responsible for leading a number of Technical Product Managers (TPM's), defining the strategic roadmap and representing this to the business. GPM's set the direction for the team and ensure that a culture of personal growth, safety and respect persists.

  • Develop appropriate tracking and reporting to analyze product performance post launch to evaluate future development opportunities
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between cross-functional teams including other product teams, sales, marketing, customer success, design and engineering
  • Collaborate effectively with Architects, and Engineering to break work down into small increments that can be released to market
  • Coordinate as required cross-product dependencies
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including successful launches and end-of-life activities
  • Where needed, be able to document / define models, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other suitable artefacts
  • Support marketing, sales, and support through leading the development of go-to-marketing strategies and the maintenance of various technical marketing collateral
  • Proactively lead your product team, promoting an inclusive and supportive culture, mentoring and supporting your team in their development

About you:
