Job Description
In this dynamic and critical role, the Program Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring teams are aligned, processes are followed, and key initiatives stay on track. This person will be responsible for driving efficiency, resolving interdependencies, and maintaining accountability across departments.
Additionally, this role will focus on implementing new processes to improve collaboration across teams, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives. The Program Manager will also oversee corporate communications related to internal changes, launches, and major initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
In This Role You Will
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring teams follow established processes, meet deadlines, and stay aligned on priorities.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic initiatives, proactively addressing roadblocks and interdependencies.
- Implement new processes to improve collaboration between teams and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure teams adhere to workflows, track project timelines effectively, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
- Act as the key facilitator in cross-departmental communication, ensuring alignment between Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams.
- Support marketing campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals and proper coordination across functions.
- Facilitate project-related meetings with clear agendas, structured discussions, and well-documented action items.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing visibility to leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all communications related to strategic initiatives are clear, structured, and effectively distributed across relevant teams.
- Support change management efforts by ensuring teams understand and adopt new initiatives seamlessly.
Qualifications
The qualifications and experience we look for include :
- University degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate, retail, or agency environment.
- Experience implementing new workflows and collaboration methods to enhance team efficiency.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns as part of broader project management responsibilities.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, ensuring clarity in objectives and fostering collaboration at all levels.
- Strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and optimize workflows.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills to bring teams together and drive alignment.
- Proven ability to enforce processes, manage interdependencies, and ensure teams stay on track with timelines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising, with an ability to support cross-functional initiatives effectively.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
