2. Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
3. Salary: $15.50 per hour

• Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
• Ensure food and service quality standards are met
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef
• Establish work schedules
