Position Overview :

Join our team as a Senior IAM Engineer to manage IAM operations, lead projects, and support system integrations with cloud services and third-party platforms. Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement access policies and ensure system health.

• Salary range : $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

Operations :

• Manage IAM operations, user provisioning, access control, and system health
• Handle tickets, maintain hygiene, and ensure service quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues
• Conduct account lifecycle operations and audits

Projects :

• Lead IAM projects, system integrations, and process improvements
• Develop and manage identity APIs and connectors for cloud and third-party platforms (e.g., Okta, Duo)
• Work with IT and security teams on access policies and controls

Documentation :

• Maintain comprehensive IAM documentation and conduct access reviews
• Provide training and support on IAM best practices
• Monitor industry trends and compliance requirements
• Report on service performance and system health

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in senior IAM roles
• Deep expertise in SailPoint, Delinea, or EntraID
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and practices

Preferred Skills :

• Relevant IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft SC300 / SC500, Delinea)
• Experience with IAM governance, solutions, and frameworks
• Proven success in IAM adoption at large enterprises
• Subject Matter Expert in SailPoint, Delinea, or EntraID

Soft Skills :

• Excellent time management and analytical skills
• Ability to present to management and stakeholders
• Team player and self-starter
