The HR Systems and Process Specialist role is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. This role supports HR operations, data management, system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. It also involves improving talent operational processes and working closely with various stakeholders, including recruitment, payroll, and IT, as well as liaising with EY’s third-party provider, IBM. The role is open to any office location in Canada.
