An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in a dynamic 16-bedded ward. This role emphasizes the importance of self-care and independence for patients, while also delivering palliative and end-of-life care. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Primary Health and Social Care Team to ensure timely discharge and effective patient management. This post is based in a 16-bedded ward providing care for a wide range of conditions, including day cases. The ethos of the ward is to promote self-care, independence, and timely discharge, along with the delivery of palliative and end-of-life care. The ward has community access beds to promote rapid assessment and discharge.
The ward works closely with the wider Primary Health and Social Care Team.
The successful RN (Adult) will be required to work a rotation of day shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
