Client Overview

Our client, a global leading IT company, is seeking a Techno-Functional D365 F&O Support Lead.

Required Skills

The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 practices, with deep technical expertise in core Finance & Operations concepts, including:

• Enterprise Structures
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Reporting

Responsibilities

1. Provide support and perform administrative activities in D365.
2. Address issues through data correction, collaboration with end users, or IT support.
3. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document errors effectively.
4. Understand system integrations, especially for large retail operations.
5. Recommend process or systemic improvements to prevent future issues.
6. Collaborate with the D365 Global team and stakeholders to test and deploy solutions.
7. Develop comprehensive user test cases and scenarios for validation.
8. Possess strong knowledge of X++ and C# for system customization.
9. Design technical solutions following best practices.
10. Guide the development of custom forms, workflows, reports, and process customizations.
11. Manage interface integrations via data entities, SOAP, and REST services.
12. Experience with custom reporting using SSRS and PowerBI.
13. Manage Dynamics 365 F&O Azure hosting or on-premise environments.
14. Experience working within Agile teams and familiarity with Agile ceremonies.
