Adecco is seeking a National Sales Executive with prior National Account / Enterprise Sales experience, essential for this role in Staffing & Recruiting.

About the Role

This position offers the chance to work with a top-tier sales team in the recruitment industry, emphasizing autonomy and flexibility. The successful candidate will maintain and grow existing national accounts, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate across departments to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct needs analysis, sales calls, and networking to expand client base and market presence.
  2. Develop account plans to meet sales and gross margin targets.
  3. Monitor market dynamics and competitors to ensure competitive offerings.
  4. Participate in senior sales presentations and support contract negotiations.
  5. Oversee account operations, ensuring contract compliance and effective processes.
  6. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monitor expenditures.
  7. Coordinate with global and regional sales teams for opportunity sharing.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with progressive responsibility.
  • At least 5 years in a sales role, preferably in service industry.
  • Strong networking, lead generation, and prospecting skills.
  • High customer service standards and relationship-building ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of labour laws is a plus.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
