Responsibilities
The Corporate Vice President of Communications and Public Relations is a strategic leader responsible for extensive writing, editing, planning, development, and execution of the organization's communications and public relations. This role serves as a primary spokesperson for Prime Healthcare and oversees all corporate communications, media relations, investor communications, government relations support, and community engagement activities. The leader manages a team responsible for internal communications, executive communications, PR, media relations, crisis communications, corporate sponsorships, foundation activities, website development, digital marketing, and social media strategy. Collaboration with hospital leadership across the system is essential, and hospital communication teams report dotted-line to this role.

Prime Healthcare offers a competitive total rewards package including paid time off, 401K, medical / dental / vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated annual compensation range is $214,240 to $300,000, depending on factors such as location, experience, and credentials. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.
