Job description

Join us as a product specialist, where your expertise and passion for customer service will help guide our customers to the best product choices. You'll play a key role in customer satisfaction and achieving sales objectives, while growing in an environment that values your analytical skills.

Your role:

• Serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers and RONA associates.
• Promote and recommend products, plans, or installation services that meet customer needs.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise well displayed.
• Prepare weekly flyers.
• Manage orders by entering new customer orders, liaising with vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service by executing RONA's customer service programs, following up on orders, and assisting customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Perform other tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
