Plan Group Inc. is seeking an electrical design manager to join our integrated pursuits team, focusing on major construction projects across Canada. Our team is actively working on several high-profile projects in Ontario, Quebec, and Western Canada.

This position requires strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated in client and personnel relations, as well as excellent presentation abilities. You should be comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading meetings and technical discussions to effectively represent Plan Group.
As an experienced electrical design manager, you must work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and clients. You should possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Candidates must attach a detailed project list to their CV. Experience in design-build, particularly in P3 projects, and familiarity with low-voltage systems (security, IT, nurse call) are desirable. Knowledge of relevant codes (NBCC, OESC, CSA, NFPA) is required. Ability to travel for meetings is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Accubid Pro or Enterprise, AutoCAD, and SGN specifications considered assets.
