Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant – Finance with extensive experience in the Workday ecosystem. This role involves interfacing with key stakeholders and applying domain, technical, and functional expertise, including requirements elicitation, design, build, and deployment of solutions to support the customer's Workday ERP application. As a Senior Consultant, the individual will contribute to the creation and development of industry solutions and participate in a learning culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration, rewarding excellence.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-level design artifacts, serving as a key member of the digital technology team, and participating in ERP digital projects, integration development, and collaboration with finance leads, technical product managers, and third-party teams to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday ERP.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or Calgary or be willing to relocate. Willingness to travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience in the specialty) may substitute for education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship provided.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Proficiency in ERP processes, reports, and best practices.
• Experience in Finance Modules such as AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Payments.
• Experience in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday cloud, including integrations, reports, and process customization using native Workday tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large, complex ERP projects within teams.
• Knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle, agile practices, and global delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, verbal, and written skills.

Travel to client sites may be required. The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.

Estimated annual compensation will depend on the candidate's location.
