We’re hiring a Technical Delivery Lead for a high-impact role within a large Wealth Management company, driving mission-critical cloud and infrastructure initiatives. This is more than a coordination role, we’re looking for someone with strong technical depth, business acumen, and the leadership chops to align stakeholders and push complex programs forward in a collaborative, results-driven way.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives across cloud infrastructure (AWS), DevOps, and platform modernization projects
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology and business to define priorities, resolve blockers, and drive delivery forward
• Serve as the bridge between product owners, technical teams, and executive leadership; translating requirements, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment
• Champion agile delivery practices while maintaining strong governance and tracking across workstreams
• Navigate complex enterprise environments with a mix of in-flight initiatives, legacy systems, and modern cloud-first builds
• Ensure architectural decisions align with AWS best practices, security, and scalability standards

Must-Have Skills

• Strong AWS knowledge (infrastructure, platform services, security, and deployment best practices)
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native tooling
• Previous experience delivering large-scale programs in Java-based environments
• Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and executives, especially in regulated industries
• Highly adaptable — thrives in ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Excellent communicator and natural collaborator — knows how to bring people together to get things done
• Experience working within or alongside Wealth Management or Financial Services teams (a plus)
