Job Description

Sales Representatives for Install Sales will focus on selling Bathrooms and Flooring, with opportunities to expand into categories such as kitchens, interior finishes, and heat pumps. The successful candidate will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission after a probationary period. Sales leads will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions for their projects.
  • Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
  • Prepare estimates and negotiate installation service agreements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align installation services with customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage customer relationships handled by the install sales team.
  • Resolve customer challenges efficiently and promptly.
  • Document all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep records current.
  • Take initiative and confidently lead customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about the latest product trends and market conditions.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in sales and customer service.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Organized, capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites; a valid driver’s license is required.
  • Knowledge of building materials and construction processes is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
