Under the supervision of the Clinical Services Operations Manager, the Pharmacist will provide direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients as part of the interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include patient counseling, medication monitoring, student mentoring, drug utilization reviews, liaising with community pharmacists, and providing education and drug information. The Pharmacist may also participate in clinical pharmacy research related to the division's projects.

Hourly rate: $47.03 - $58.77
