We’re Val Mart Dock & Doors, and we design, build, and install specialty industrial doors throughout south-western British Columbia. For over 48 years, we’ve built everything from airport hangar doors to large truck doors for warehouses.
This is a mid-level administrative assistant position. You’ll love this job if you find the day flies by when you have lots of exciting responsibilities. No prior industry experience is necessary; your organizational skills and cheerful attitude are your biggest assets. A good memory and the ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks are essential. We will teach you the rest.
You will work closely with our dispatcher and office manager, with opportunities to eventually support the service dispatcher and handle day-to-day operational tasks. We are also seeking an admin/sales person for customer-facing phone sales and various administrative duties.
This full-time position is based in our office in Port Kells, Surrey, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
