The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of a cooperative operating in the floral industry. This part-time hybrid role (20–24 hours per week) requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools to manage the CEO’s day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between internal teams, board members, stakeholders, and external partners.
