Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who is technically hands-on, understands the Salesforce platform deeply, and can work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

We are particularly seeking candidates who can:

• Configure and enhance Salesforce features including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Translate functional requirements into configuration using standard Salesforce tools and best practices.
• Support sprint planning, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate effectively with business analyst, developers, QA and project stakeholders.
• Ensure change management, data integrity, and documentation standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Nice-to-haves include:

• Experience with Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or multi-cloud implementations.
• Prior experience supporting complex Salesforce delivery projects in higher education or the public sector.
• Advanced Administrator certification.
