About the role

Cryptio is seeking an enthusiastic crypto-native graduate to join our Customer Operations team as a Customer Support Executive.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in an early-stage Customer Operations function within a fast-paced startup environment.

Alongside providing excellent support to our customers daily, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements that enhance stakeholder outcomes in the long term.

We’re bringing certainty to counting crypto assets for some of the largest companies in Web3, and this is an exciting chance to join us on our growth journey.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-tier, timely customer support to all Cryptio customers via Zendesk.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Report product malfunctions and serve as the voice of the customer in product discussions.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement new processes where needed.
  • Build extensive expertise in our product and market, becoming a key problem solver within the company.
  • Drive improvements in customer experience by managing specific project areas.
Requirements
  • You are crypto-native with extensive knowledge of the Web3 space.
  • You enjoy analyzing problems deeply and devising solutions.
  • You are comfortable working remotely.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging directly with customers.
  • You can multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • You demonstrate patience and empathy, especially in challenging cases.
