The Field Engineer IV will work closely with potential customers on a technical level to secure design-ins and support existing customers with their applications. The Field Engineer must have a solid technological foundation for effectively understanding the technical specifications involved in application engineering, as they provide technical support, give technical presentations, and design and modify application systems. Additionally, they must possess good interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and good organizational skills for effectively communicating technical specifications to customers.
Scope :
- Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Your Roles and Responsibilities :
- Capture and understand customers’ technical and product requirements related to battery functioning and its use in terminal and host devices, ensuring smooth transfer to the client’s internal team.
- Lead the technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals to customers.
- Troubleshoot system applications based on customer requests, resolving engineering issues regarding system applications.
- Build mutual trust with customers’ technical staff.
- Prepare relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations, conduct training sessions for demonstrating new products and services, and support the sales team in organizing product demonstrations and training.
- Oversee technical training for consumer-specific applications of various engineering products in the development stage.

Required Qualifications / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S / B.A) from an accredited college or university and 8+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
- Determines methods and procedures for new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
- Good understanding of effective network design methodologies.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and assessing live networks.
