Job description

The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will :

• Monitor cash flow, prepare weekly AR reviews, and process vendor payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct P&L reviews, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Lead the month-end closing process, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Payroll Management
• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
