We are searching for a permanent full-time Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator to join our Medley & Neill Hall teams based in Fredericton (North Side), New Brunswick.

About the Opportunity

  • Books off employees in accordance with the Collective Agreements and company policies
  • Allocates and replaces shift vacancies per collective agreements, policies, and operational guidelines
  • Ensures staffing levels meet operational requirements and guidelines
  • Prepares and implements accurate schedules within defined timelines
  • Processes time and attendance transactions in the timekeeping system, including time off requests, leave, and shift assignments
  • Maintains the integrity of scheduling system information

About You

In addition to valuing continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Experience in scheduling and staffing, preferably in a complex environment
  • Experience in healthcare settings or with staffing, scheduling, or timekeeping software is an asset
  • Ability to provide a clear Criminal Record Check upon hire
  • A passion for healthcare and ensuring seniors have access to quality care and services
