We are seeking an HR Systems Trainings Specialist to deliver software and systems training as part of the FCL, People Forward program. The project duration is from June 2025 to November 2025, with potential extensions. The role can be performed remotely or onsite at the client's Regina Office.
What you’ll do:
- Provide support to the program team in designing and refining engaging learning content supporting HR transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate hands-on technical training sessions for team leaders across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS), delivered virtually or in-person to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute in-person workshops, managing logistics such as venue selection, travel arrangements, and catering for groups of various sizes.
- Collaborate with the program team during development to ensure training materials are relevant, clear, and aligned with program goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training content to meet evolving team needs and program objectives.
- Support customers during training sessions, Go-live activities, and payroll cycles.
Ideal candidate:
- Has 1-3 years of experience in HR Training or Learning & Development (relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Possesses over 2 years of experience in systems training delivery.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources.
- Is comfortable with both in-person and virtual learning technologies and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Has strong familiarity with Human Capital Management solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Management.
- Has provided direct support during project launches or system go-lives, acting as the first point of contact.
- Applies adult learning principles to foster positive learning environments and manages sensitive situations professionally.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for in-person workshops across Western Canada; proximity to a major airport is advantageous.
