Job description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join the dynamic and energetic team at KRGinsure in our Orillia office. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and wants to contribute to a supportive, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality customer service to our clients via email, phone and in person.
  • Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls, and provide basic information when needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
  • Accept insurance payments from clients, and provide them with a receipt.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, and professional appearance.
  • Dependable, organized, and a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High school graduate diploma.
  • A working knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset.
