The Opportunity :

The role of the Sales Support Specialist is pivotal within our HUB FlexSave Health Spending Account and Group Benefits sales team. This position will entail close collaboration with our Vice President and the entire team to drive various initiatives related to our FlexSave product. We are seeking an individual who embodies a superior level of customer service, possesses strong multitasking abilities, and is enthusiastic about taking on a challenging role.

The ideal candidate will leverage these essential qualities to establish relationships with our clients, primarily Insurance Brokers, by delivering exceptional customer service and providing comprehensive sales support to HUB’s FlexSave division.

Our innovative offering, FlexSave, serves as a progressive online solution, presenting a modern alternative to conventional group benefits plans. A day in the life :

Support and stimulate Broker production by fostering product awareness, reinforcing sales principles, and providing marketing materials and information.

Serve as the initial point of contact for Broker inquiries.

Oversee the comprehensive training of new brokers, equipping them with a deep understanding of FlexSave and its benefits for their clients.

Work closely with new clients to set up accounts and answer any inquiries.

Actively participate in and support new sales through outbound communication programs, sales campaigns, and initiatives.

Develop, distribute, and leverage marketing and sales tools to enhance sales outcomes.

Contribute to the creation of sales reporting and client proposals.

Continuously build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.

Perform any other necessary duties as required.

Who you are :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in either a sales or marketing capacity.

Exhibit a positive attitude accompanied by exceptional customer service skills.

Demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Showcase excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Exhibit creative thinking and innovation.

Proven ability to function as a collaborative team player while also possessing the capacity to work autonomously.

Experience working within the financial industry and / or group benefits environment (preferred)
