Team Overview

IATA’s Business Intelligence Services (BIS) focus on aviation data management and business intelligence. The Cargo Traffic and Sales BI vertical within BIS manages CargoIS, a leading air cargo business intelligence database that provides vital data for stakeholders in the air cargo supply chain.

Role Responsibilities

As a Delivery Specialist, you will monitor and respond to customer inquiries about Cargo BI data, ensuring timely delivery of data subscriptions. You will assist in maintaining data quality, support testing of system enhancements, and help uphold the integrity of the Cargo BI solution under the supervision of the Senior Manager Operations Cargo BI.

Candidate Profile

• Customer-centric with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of experience in aviation business intelligence analytics, with a good understanding of air cargo industry practices.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, quality, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, familiar with AWS and Snowflake, and capable of data visualization.
• Excellent at managing cross-functional relationships and communicating technical information effectively.
