What You'll Do

The role offers variety in responsibilities across store facets such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a high-quality customer service culture by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
  • Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates collaboratively with management.
  • Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with standards.
  • Contributing to sales and trends through inspirational displays in high-impact areas, supporting store branding and value strategies.
What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs
  • Technical knowledge of register operations
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment

Additional Information: Candidates aged 18 and over will undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
