What You'll Do

There's a variety of tasks you may contribute to, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to team members in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates in merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement, ensuring visual appeal and presentation standards.
• Creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas to influence sales and trends, supporting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, along with technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
