We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses. Ideal candidates can answer yes to one of the following questions:
In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional, learning how to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You’ll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prepare you for success as a manager, including recruiting and coaching others.
Your first year: Work as a financial professional, with complete training, access to digital tools, and a comprehensive product suite.
Training and resources: Top-notch training, digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools, and expert support to help you succeed.
Product solutions: Learn about our range of insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, disability insurance, and investment products. You will need to hold securities licenses and FINRA registrations to offer investment products.
After meeting specific requirements in the first 12 months, you will enter a six-month Associate Partner training program to prepare for leading and building your team of financial professionals. Opportunities for growth and promotion to senior management levels will continue throughout your career.
Starting as a financial professional, your income will be commission-based. Upon qualifying as an Associate Partner, you will receive a salary ($60,000–$150,000, with higher minimums in CA and WA), plus bonuses and incentives based on team performance, recruiting, and development. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, a pension plan, and a 401(k). Compensation potential is significant, with average incomes among recruiters in 2022 at $240,000.
