This is a strategic role for a senior professional with credibility in the nuclear sector. You'll be able to represent Thomas Thor in Canada-developing relationships, expanding our network, and driving new business.

We're flexible : part-time or full-time-let's make it work for the right person.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive business development and grow client relationships in the Canadian nuclear industry;
• Represent Thomas Thor at events, conferences, and networking opportunities;
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent delivery of services;
• Write proposals and lead stakeholder engagement across the business lifecycle;
• Work closely with international teams across recruitment, executive search, and workforce consulting;

Essential Skills & Experience :

• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management;
• Extensive experience in either the nuclear industry or another highly regulated, complex sector;
• Based in Ontario and open to regional travel;
• Gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives;
• Hands-on approach to proposals, recruitment, and project coordination;
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated;
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Strong network and personal brand in the Canadian nuclear sector;
• Experience in executive search, staff augmentation, or consulting services;
• Experience building and managing teams;
• Willingness to scale up workload over time;
• Professional working proficiency in French ;
