Relationship Director - Nuclear Sector (Canada)

Thomas Thor, a global leader in nuclear recruitment, executive search, and workforce consulting, is hiring a Relationship Director based in Canada. This strategic role is ideal for a senior professional with credibility in the nuclear sector, representing Thomas Thor in Canada by developing relationships, expanding networks, and driving new business.

We’re flexible: part-time or full-time—let’s make it work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive business development and grow client relationships in the Canadian nuclear industry;
  2. Represent Thomas Thor at events, conferences, and networking opportunities;
  3. Manage key accounts and ensure excellent service delivery;
  4. Write proposals and lead stakeholder engagement across the business lifecycle;
  5. Collaborate with international teams in recruitment, executive search, and workforce consulting;
  6. Build and maintain a strong network and personal brand in the Canadian nuclear sector;
  7. Possess a strong track record in business development and client relationship management;
  8. Have extensive experience in the nuclear industry or a highly regulated, complex sector;
  9. Be based in Ontario and open to regional travel;
  10. Demonstrate gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives;
  11. Take a hands-on approach to proposals, recruitment, and project coordination;
  12. Be independent, proactive, and self-motivated;
  13. Have full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  14. Have experience in executive search, staff augmentation, or consulting services;
  15. Have experience building and managing teams;
  16. Be willing to scale workload over time;
  17. Possess professional working proficiency in French.
