Role Overview

We seek a data-driven senior or staff Product Designer to lead growth initiatives across our products, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will own growth strategy and execution for initiatives like subscription offerings, sign-up flows, onboarding, referral programs, and more. You will also mentor other growth designers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and behaviors to enhance acquisition and retention.
• Lead design projects from research to development, including prototyping and visual design details.
• Utilize research and data to create user-centered designs.
• Conduct A / B testing to optimize user flows.
• Collaborate with research teams to conduct user research and testing, synthesizing insights to inform design.
• Create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate solutions.
• Maintain detailed design documentation and specifications.
• Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency.
• Use metrics to evaluate and improve the user experience.
• Present work to senior leadership for feedback.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth initiatives and a strong portfolio demonstrating impact through data-driven testing.
• High visual polish and expertise in UX, visual, and interactive design for web and mobile.
• Strong initiative, empathy, leadership, and strategic partnership skills.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to mentor others.
• Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Customer-centric mindset and proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.

Compensation & Location
