You'll play a key role in shaping Loopio's product vision and approaches to artificial intelligence, as well as contributing to our evolving product experience, design system, and feature development in a dynamic technology landscape.

You will partner closely with other designers, Product Managers, Researchers, Software Developers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders across customer and go-to-market teams to advance Loopio's AI features.

Note that this role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be involved in all aspects of product development; collaborate with Product and Engineering from ideation to implementation.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, explore ideas, and validate customer value.
  • Address complex user problems through research, data, feedback, and intuition.
  • Design and conduct UX research using mixed methods.
  • Create prototypes and design complex workflows.
  • Use analytics tools to inform your designs.
  • Monitor and own the performance of your designs post-launch.
  • Work with Engineering to incorporate feedback and technical considerations.
  • Lead design critiques, empathy exercises, and ideation sessions.
  • Lead design discussions with teams and customers to develop innovative, feasible solutions.
  • Maintain our design system and principles.
  • Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization.
What You'll Bring to the Team
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design; B2B experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in interaction design and handling complex workflows.
  • Experience with design thinking and user-centric approaches.
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, hierarchy, and iconography.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Ability to visualize ideas through sketches and whiteboarding.
  • Strategic mindset, balancing customer needs and business goals.
  • Focus on user outcomes, connecting designs to user value.
  • Facilitation skills for meetings and workshops.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, open to feedback.
Where You'll Work
  • Remote-first culture with HQ in Canada and hubs worldwide.
  • Locations include Canada (British Columbia, Ontario), UK (London), and India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bengaluru).
  • Majority based near Toronto and Vancouver, working remotely within those regions.
  • Flexible co-working options in Toronto and Vancouver.
  • Collaborate virtually across the UK, India, and North America with core hours and asynchronous communication.
  • Supportive environment with ongoing feedback, professional development, and wellness benefits.
  • Provided with necessary equipment and allowances for remote work setup.
  • Engage in company events, employee resource groups, and a positive workplace culture.
