Position Overview

This growth has led us to search for a new member of our Marketing Team! Our entry-level Marketing Assistant is vital to our future success.

The ideal candidate possesses a student mentality, with a friendly and inviting demeanor, and works well with others.

This entry-level position offers one-on-one training in daily deliverables such as market/territory research, sales tactics, client communication, and reporting, directly supporting the Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities & Core Deliverables

1. Communicate and interact directly with clients and customers
2. Conceptualize and lead promotional sales campaigns, collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager
3. Identify target markets to promote our clients’ products and services
4. Coordinate and present territory research to the marketing team
5. Develop and showcase leadership skills throughout the internship
6. Build brand awareness through individualized marketing and sales campaigns
7. Support marketing efforts with a customer-first approach to drive growth and loyalty
8. Deliver results daily and meet objectives and goals
9. Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with other projects as needed

Requirements & Expectations

• Associate’s degree or 4-year degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a customer-centric industry
