Job Overview

  • As a full-time Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted Canadian voice for a major automotive brand. You'll provide exceptional service to vehicle owners addressing concerns about warranty coverage, repairs, dealership issues, and vehicle features. By listening calmly, responding with effective solutions, and taking complaints seriously, you’ll help reduce their stress and enhance their experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Must reside in Canada
  • Must be at least 18 yrs of age
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least 6 months of working experience in the customer service field

Key Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Able to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability

Home Setup Requirements

  • A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 5.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
  • A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
