Role: Onboarding Specialist

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will facilitate smooth client transitions onto the platform. Your responsibilities include collaborating with clients to customize the software, leading hands-on training, and ensuring seamless implementation. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with sales to understand client needs pre-implementation.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to explore client workflows and requirements.
  • Configure Digitail to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to maximize software adoption.
  • Support data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Address technical issues during implementation, escalating as needed.
  • Maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success Management team for smooth transitions from sales to onboarding.
Requirements
  • Understanding of veterinary clinic operations is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar SaaS or software implementation role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building client trust.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
