Job Description

We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our Edmonton team. You will be an expert on Alinity and play a lead role in training customers and providing advice to enable them to get the most out of the system. You will also be responsible for developing training materials and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training process and our products.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills with a genuine passion for ensuring customer success.

To be considered for this role you MUST be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada. Our preferred location for this role is Edmonton, Alberta.

You will:

  1. Develop expert level skills in our core product, Alinity.
  2. Deliver training sessions to customers using webinars and one-on-one online training.
  3. Work with our technical writer to create and refine training resources.
  4. Manage scheduling of the training process and coordinate with technical team leads to provide clients with an exceptional end-to-end implementation and onboarding experience.
  5. Apply your business acumen to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and develop training scenarios that closely match customer scenarios.
  6. Work with the technical team to identify gaps in functionality that may need to be addressed through customization of the product.
  7. Support customers after the onboarding process with supplemental training as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to customers.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software applications, databases, and related technologies.
  • Experience in any regulatory field would be a plus.
