Job Summary

This role involves translating architects' 3D designs into accurate manufacturing models for molds and operating CNC machines to create molds of various shapes, used to cast different materials for manufacturing precast products.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Master CAM, AutoCAD, and CATIA to create and modify 3D models for molds and parts.
• Program CNC machines (3-axis or 5-axis) to cut mold parts and components.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications.
• Maintain CNC equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
