WHAT YOU WILL DO

Our culinary team members play a vital role in our fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment. Each team member is expected to maintain high food safety standards and ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for both employees and guests.

  • Dishwashing, including organizing the dish area, safely using the dishwasher, and ensuring all dishes are sanitized and debris-free.
  • Prep cook duties such as chopping, slicing, dicing foods, preparing dough and baked goods, and preparing food for events.
  • Line cooks will actively cook over hot surfaces, preparing food to order safely and efficiently according to company standards.
  • Expo ensures food quality and presentation meet standards before serving. Coordinates with the line to remake any poor-quality food and adds finishing touches before delivery.
  • Follow recipes and procedures to minimize food waste.
  • Follow proper disposal procedures and safety protocols, including knife safety and PPE usage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment, including garbage removal and cleaning duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Be reliable : consistently punctual and present at work.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Stand / Walk : Frequently
  • Lift up to 25 lbs : Frequently

Qualifications

What You Need to Do the Job :

  • Preferred knowledge of Micros, KDS, and Compeat systems.
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Awareness and advocacy for safety and food safety standards.
  • Active participation in an inclusive team culture.
  • Ability to work professionally within a team environment.
  • Food handler’s card or SERV Safe / HACCP Certification.
