Location : Ontario, Canada (offices in Hamilton & Mississauga)

At CSI Adjusters, we prioritize integrity and commitment to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team and help us provide exceptional service. We are a team of independent insurance adjusters who adjust all lines of claims, including but not limited to : property, commercial property, casualty, veterinary and medical malpractice, auto PD, products liability and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine liability.
• Inspect property damage and assess repair costs.
• Interview claimants and witnesses to gather information.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations to examiners including complex subscription policies and MGA's.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, third-party adjusters, contractors and legal teams to resolve claims.
• Being on-call, on a shared rotation, to assist with clients' emergency claims.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• CIP, FCIP or working towards same is a major asset.
• 6+ years of experience as an insurance adjuster.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in claims management software.
