Overview

The Digital Workplace team is looking for a Manager to oversee operations for digital workplace solutions. This team supports the firm’s needs by providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge resources, driving value for both KPMG and our clients.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the operational aspects of the firm’s digital workplace solutions and oversee a team responsible for optimizing operational, governance, and support activities, ensuring high service quality.
  • Strengthen and maintain governance processes to support the delivery of business solutions, ensuring quality, repeatability, and support.
  • Collaborate with Digital Workplace leaders, ITS, and ITS Global to influence tool evolution and resolve complex technical and process issues.
  • Lead technology enablement initiatives and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Provide insights and influence transformation based on user experience observations.
  • Manage the intranet platform’s operational aspects, working with leaders to align it with the firm’s communication strategies, content governance, and support solutions.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 5+ years’ experience in solution delivery or operational management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading teams or workstreams, managing multiple demands.
  • Strong service orientation, urgency, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  • High comfort level with technology and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
  • Understanding of operational processes and governance best practices.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a high-performing hybrid team.

This position requires fluency in written and spoken English. The successful candidate will support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across the country.
