Responsibilities

2. Evaluate and plan daily operations
3. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
4. Develop construction schedules, milestones, and monitor progress
5. Negotiate contractual agreements and revisions
6. Implement quality control policies and procedures
7. Operate CADD and other software systems
8. Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
9. Manage budgets and oversee procurement of materials and land acquisitions
10. Develop and oversee quality control programs
11. Analyze data and prepare reports
12. Supervise daily operations and team coordination
