In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have scheduled visits to care for patients. You will work with patients of all ages with differing care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable for as long as possible.

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, 2 weeks 8am-8pm, 2 weeks 9am-9pm, includes every other weekend.

Location: Kitchener Clinic.

• Execute and continuously monitor care plans
• Engage patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust
• Maintain and update professional patient records related to encounters and plans
